AIR THE INVISIBLE ELEMENT
VISUAL DESIGN
Each day, people forget about the possibility to preserve the air we breath clean and fresh,
using more and more internal combustion engines, aerosols and chemical products and slowly killing the earth’s atmosphere (in particular the ozone layer)
and hence, themselves.
Air is the only one of the five elements
that is invisible.
In fact, men only feel it; or rather they feel
the lack of it.
Depression is the only one of the invisible conditions that humans can feel; or rather
feel the lack of happiness.
Living in a consumer society,
we often forget about things invisible.
The lack of ozone layer is a serious threat
for life on the earth, because of the direct
effect of sun radiations.
Excessive consumption has
resulted in irreversible processes
in the ozone layer and the
earth’s atmosphere.
Excessive consumption gave birth to one of the ailments of our time: depression.
Every human being aspires to security
and happiness.
It is this aspiration that makes us
aware of a threat that is very real:
exhaustion in all its forms.
The changes in the ozone layer and in the human brain are irreversible processes with serious consequences and we should not forget and
let us not forget that we are talking about resources that are sufficient but not endless.
Our aim is not their destruction and exhaustion, but their maintenance and preservation.
Once we have reached the stage when
we can see the invisible.
We sincerely believe that human knowledge will go even further and humanity will manage to turn an irreversible process into a reversible one.
Until then, however, let us not turn off our senses for a call, which in fact is a call for help.
